Simojoki River Fishing Trip

Meeting point: Arctic Guesthouse & Igloos / Lupland Adventures, Pappilantie 1, 97700 Ranua. Please arrive 15 minutes early
Join us for a guided fishing trip on the beautiful Simojoki River. The trip is done mainly by boat, giving you access to excellent fishing areas along the river, but we may also go ashore during the experience depending on the conditions and the day’s plan.
The main target species on this trip are pike and perch. Simojoki is also home to trout, salmon, grayling, whitefish and other fish species, making the day interesting for both active anglers and nature lovers. Your guide will choose the best fishing spots and help throughout the trip.
During the excursion, we will enjoy a soup lunch by the river. If fish are caught during the trip, they can also be prepared over a campfire, giving you a true outdoor fishing experience in the riverside wilderness.

The route and fishing spots may vary depending on the conditions and the guide’s judgment.
If fish are caught and suitable for cooking, they can be prepared over a campfire during the trip.
